| Returns & Refunds |
Because these are digital products they cannot be returned, but we handle refund requests directly, as set out below. Please write to the support email address listed for the app on its store page. ■ Purchases made through Google Play Contact us within 8 days of your first purchase, from the Gmail address linked to the Google account you used to make the purchase. That address alone lets us locate your order, so you do not need to find or send an order number. Once we have located the purchase, we issue the refund from our side. (Within 48 hours of purchase, Google's own refund request form is usually faster.) ■ Purchases made through the App Store Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple, and developers have no ability to issue them. Please sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Billing & Subscriptions”, then “Request a refund”. If Apple declines your request, please write to us and tell us. ■ Cancellation Most of our apps are a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring charge; in that case there is nothing to cancel and nothing further will be billed to you. For apps that do offer a subscription, you can cancel from “Subscriptions” in Google Play, or from “Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions” on iOS. |
